Set Up a New Subsidiary Company

This DLC lets you build a subsidiary company from scratch, rather than acquiring an existing one.

Creating the company

Open Financial Actions

Go to Financial Actions in the Information Center (shortcut F11) and choose Set Up a New Subsidiary Company at the top right.

Fund it

The new company needs initial capital of at least $20 million, and the parent company must be holding enough cash to inject it.

Name it and hire a CEO

Choose the company’s logo, corporate color and name. It then needs a CEO to run it.
