Acquire Companies Facing Bankruptcy

If the “Acquire Companies Facing Bankruptcy” setting is enabled, when a company is on the brink of bankruptcy, you will be given the option to rescue it by acquiring all of its shares.

Chances are that you may find value in some distressed companies that can be acquired at very low costs, such as technologies that complement yours.

When a company is heading towards bankruptcy, the following window will appear asking if you would be interested in acquiring it.

If you click [Yes], the game will be paused, allowing you to take the time to evaluate the company.

If you see it as a good opportunity and decide to acquire the company, you can go to the company’s Corporate Details screen and click the [Acquire Company] button.
