This percentage is calculated by dividing the total return to investors (which is the sum of all dividends paid and lifetime capital gains from stock price increases), by the stock price.

CEO-to-Employee Pay Ratio=<number>
For example, if this value is set to 10, it means the CEO’s pay cannot be more than 10 times of the medium employee pay.
Average Firm Training Level=<number>
The average training level among all firms in the player’s corporation must reach the required level.
Civic Donation as % of Lifetime Profit=<1 to 100>
The lifetime civic donation equals or exceeds the specified percentage of the player’s corporation’s total lifetime profit.
Number of Game Years Played=<1 to 1000>
This goal is achieved once the game has been played for the set number of years.
Target functional unit level=<target level>, <percentage of functional units reaching the target level>
This goal requires a specific percentage of all your functional units, excluding inventory units, advertising units, and HQ units, to reach the target experience level.

<percentage of functional units reaching the target level> ranges from 1% to 100%
Target product quality rating=<target quality rating>, <percentage of products reaching the target level>
This goal requires a specific percentage of all your products to reach the target quality rating.
<target quality rating> ranges from 1 to 100
<percentage of products reaching the target level> ranges from 1% to 100%
For example, “Target product quality rating=70, 90” specifies that 90% of your products must have quality ratings of at least 70.
Target product brand rating=<target brand rating>, <percentage of products reaching the target level>
This goal requires a specific percentage of all your products to reach the target brand rating.

<percentage of products reaching the target level> ranges from 1% to 100%
Product Goals
Launch Product=<product type>
To achieve this goal, the player must launch the specific product type onto the market.
Product Market Share=<product type>, <target market share>
To achieve this goal, the player must attain the specified market share for the given product type. This market share is determined by production volume rather than retail sales.
Monthly Product Class Retail Revenue=<product class>, <revenue target>
To meet this goal, the player must achieve the specified monthly retail revenue target across a whole product class. For a single product type, use Monthly Product Type Retail Revenue below.
Monthly Product Class Trade Revenue=<product class>, <revenue target>
To meet this goal, the player must achieve the specified monthly trade revenue target for the given product type. This revenue is calculated based on the trade volumes generated by production in factories, farms and natural resource firms.
Rankings
Revenue Ranking=<starting from 1>
To achieve this objective, the player’s company must generate an annual revenue that ranks at the specified position among all companies in the game.
Profit Ranking=<starting from 1>
To achieve this objective, the player’s company must achieve an annual operating profit that ranks at the specified position among all companies in the game.
Market Cap Ranking=<starting from 1>
To achieve this objective, the player’s company must attain a market capitalization that ranks at the specified position among all companies in the game.
Billionaires Ranking=<starting from 1>
To achieve this objective, the player must amass sufficient personal wealth to secure the specified rank on the top 100 Billionaires list.
Local Billionaires Ranking=<starting from 1>
To achieve this objective, the player must amass sufficient personal wealth to secure the specified rank on the Local Billionaires list.
New Goal Types in Version 12 and Later
Number of dominated product classes=<number>
To achieve this goal, the player must dominate the markets for a specified number of product classes.
Monthly Product Type Retail Revenue=<product type name>, <amount>
To achieve this goal, the player must generate monthly retail revenue equal to or above the specified amount for the given product type.
Note that the amount is in $, not million $.
Example:

Export Goals
Annual Export Revenue=<amount>
Annual revenue the player must reach from export companies. The amount is in $, not million $.
Tech Goals
Tech lead=<product type>, <target technology>
This type of goal requires the player’s technology for a specific product to reach a target value.
Example: Tech lead=Desktop Computer, 150

It means this goal requires the player to have 3 subsidiary companies, each having revenue of at least $500 million

It means this goal requires the player to have 2 subsidiary companies, each having market dominance in at least 2 industries.
Subsidiary IPO=<number of subsidiaries>
This goal is tied to the number of your subsidiary companies that have gone public.

OS Dominance
This line adds the goal of achieving market dominance in computer OS.
Internet market share=<Internet company type>, <1 to 100>
This line adds the goal of achieving a target market share (measured by revenue) of a specific type of Internet site.
For example, <Internet company type> can be “Search Engine”, “Social Network”, and etc.
OS Market Share=<1 to 100>
The player must reach the specified market share, in percent, for operating systems.
Total Internet Market Share=<1 to 100>
The player must reach the specified share, in percent, of the entire Internet market.
Telecom Dominance
The player must become the dominant telecom operator. This line takes no value.
Private Acquisitions=<number>
The player must acquire the specified number of private companies.
E-Commerce Annual Revenue=<amount>
Annual revenue the player must reach from e-commerce. The amount is in $, not million $.
E-Commerce User Base=<number of users>
The size of e-commerce user base the player must reach.
Software Dominance=<software class name>
Example: Software Dominance=Office Software
This line adds a goal of achieving market dominance in office software.
