The [GOAL REWARD SETTINGS] section customizes what achieving a goal is worth — in Knowledge Points and in cash.
Knowledge Points
Knowledge Points System=<Yes, No>
Enabled, certain goals award Knowledge Points.
Can Increase Expertise of Management Staff=<Yes, No>
Enabled, Points can raise your management staff’s expertise as well as your own.
Initial Knowledge Points=<0 to 100>
How many you start each new game with.
Knowledge Points Rewards Modifier=<0 to 500>
Scales the Points awarded by goals. Above 100 gives more than normal, below gives fewer.
AI companies
AI Knowledge Point Interval=<0 to 60>
Every AI company receives one Knowledge Point at this interval, in months.
Set it to zero to disable it entirely — zero means never, not immediately.
Cash rewards
Monetary Reward Modifier=<0 to 200>
Scales the money paid by goals that reward cash. Above 100 pays more than normal, below pays less.
